Spendhouse and Municipal Library

In front of you are two important buildings in Reutlingen’s cultural life: on the left is the Spendhaus and next to it is the Municipal Library. The Spendhaus was built in 1518 as a granary for the charitable municipal agency providing relief to persons in need and was thus a part of the city’s social services when Reutlingen was a free imperial city.
*This free service is provided by the city of Reutlingen. You only pay the connection charge from your mobile phone to the German land line. The length of the audio contributions is two to three minutes. There will be no additional charge.
